New Hire Orientation
We prioritize preparing new employees for safe, successful work. Each hire receives training on general and job-specific hazards, required PPE, safety rules, and the proper use of all tools and equipment they will operate.

We provide ongoing training to keep safety top of mind and help employees recognize and prevent hazards. Team members complete annual job-specific training and participate in monthly toolbox talks. Our programs are regularly updated to address new risks and technologies.
