Job description

Rockingham Redi-Mix is seeking a Dispatcher Customer Service Representative to join our growing team! This position will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints

  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
