Job description

Construction Materials Group is seeking an Account Manager/Outside Sales representative to join our team! The ideal candidate will prospect and generate new commercial business as well as perform cold-calls in the field to generate new sales. This candidate should be able to support existing clients and have an ability to generate new business leads and close deals.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years' experience in cold calling sales with strong track record of success

  • Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies

  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals

Responsibilities

  • Present and sell company products and to new and existing customers

  • Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business

  • Effectively demonstrate product line

  • Prospect and contact potential customers

  • Service existing clients

  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments

  • Meet established goals for territory development and sales numbers
