Service Area Extended with Quarry Purchase
In October 2003, the former Miracle Ridge Limestone Quarry in Monterey, Virginia was purchased by ConRock and Rockbridge Stone Products of Rockbridge County, Virginia. The facility will be known as Rockbridge Stone - The Monterey Quarry.

In Virginia, Rockbridge Stone will be serving Bath and Highland Counties and in West Virginia, Pendleton and Pocahontas Counties. All grades of crushed limestone are available for purchase by the public and by commercial businesses. As with the Rockbridge County location, materials may either be picked up or delivered.

Rockbridge Stone - The Monterey Quarry is approved by the Virginia and West Virginia Departments of Transportation. Hours of operation are 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. The number to remember is 1-877-CONROCK!

Directions to Rockbridge Stone:
From I-81 take Exit 188 to Rt. 60 east towards Buena Vista. Go to the
1st light and take a right on Rt. 608. Stay on Rt. 608 for about 8 miles,
then you will take a left on to Rt. 679 (Lone Jack Rd.) and Rockbridge is
at the bottom of the hill. (map)

Directions to the Montery Quarry:
From Monterey, VA: 1.7 miles north of Monterey on Rt. 220, turn left onto Rt. 632, go 100 yards and bear right onto Rt. 647. Quarry is 9/10 of a mile off of Rt. 220.

From Franklin, WV: 21.1 miles south of Franklin on Rt. 220. Right on Rt. 632, go 100 yards, bear left on Rt. 647. Quarry is 9/10 mile off of Rt. 220.
